SHIPPING
- 10-15 days after digital approval for US Buyers. Other International Countries expect Longer times. The timing will differ from country to country.
We will mark your order shipped once you approve it.  This does not mean that your order is shipped, it means that it is in production. Please allow up to 10-15 days for shipment after your approval.
Delivery Time
- The order will be Shipped to your Paypal Address. Please let us know if you want it to be delivered to a different address. We use UPS, Fedex and other partner for delivery.  We are not responsible for the package if you provide wrong address. Please provide your best address.
No PO Box, Only Physical Address
. Free Shipping only to the Continental United States. There could be extra charges for deliver to PR, Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories. Please check with us before placing the order.
We will not be responsible if the order is unable to delivered due to a mistake on your side. We have had issues where the carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to provide the best address. You will responsible for any extra charges/fees that we have to pay due to a incorrect address. The carriers will hold the package only for a few days and if returned then a restocking fee and delivery charges will be charged.  Please make sure you provide the best address.
Refund/Return Process
- 100% hassle Free Refund and No questions asked if you change your mind before the final approval. The order will not be complete until you approve the final product. Once you approve the order than order is non refundable due to the nature of the order.
Please know that we will only accept returns if the mistake is done on our side. When you are reviewing the design and approve then you are agreeing that you agree with how the product looks like. We can make mistakes and therefore we request that you review the design carefully and we will do everything to make sure the design of the product is according to your likes.
